So, some new babies have come into our lives lately. Hudson loves almost every thing about these novel creatures. He anxiously approaches them to pat them and wants to show me their eyes (poke, poke). He gets right into their faces and talks to them. He likes to touch their blankets, clothes, and toes. However, he does NOT like his mama holding one of these little persons. Not one little bit.
We were given a hand-me-down baby doll which, much to Josh’s chagrin, Hudson loves. I thought it might help break some of the jealousy. He carries baby around the house. He knows to put baby in his crib. He offers baby his beloved best friend paci.
But, as I told Josh, his parenting instincts are too feminine. After all, after he got done tucking in baby, he also put his truck to bed.

How sweet. We got Whyatt a baby doll when we were expecting Connor. Dad hated it.....Whyatt loved it. Now with another miracle due in July.....don't know if we will get another baby doll. Dad says "no" - which makes mom say "yes" even harder!! :) :)
