Family Football

Maybe it is because Peyton Manning is out for the season or maybe it is because we have a lot of slow news days here in Indiana, but fantasy football updates are frequently [sadly] a top news story. Of course this blog must keep up with the times! I, too, participate in a fantasy football league. However, my only opponents are my husband and three year old.

We have just completed the fourth week of competition and I have declined to mention my participation because it has taken me this long just to catch up and tie Hudson's score!  Every week we sit down as a family and pick our winners. It is absolutely adorable. Granted he refers to the New York Jets as the "Airplanes" and calls the Atlanta Falcons the "Fountains" but he has (up to last week) had a successful run. Probably because he is going to be a Lion for Halloween, so you know what team he keeps opting for.
